About Me
As daughter of a builder I grew up around an active job site. I had no idea how that would translate into a career, but it has. My love of real estate started in the mid-nineties during my time in Austin Texas. Working for Capstone Management I quickly learned the ins and outs of multifamily leasing and property management. I then went on to work for BlueStar Investments owned by Jerry Jones and managed the lease up up two new construction properties at their first multifamily development called Riata. Feeling the need for more excitement I moved from Austin to New York in 1999 where I had the pleasure of continuing my real estate career working for Stribling Marketing Associates as well as Corcoran Group Marketing. I managed the sales and marketing for numerous large and small condominium developments in Brooklyn and Manhattan. A couple of my favorites were, One Hanson Place, The Plaza Hotel Residences, 456 W. 19th St, and Devonshire House. Whether it’s Oklahoma City or New York City providing excellent advisory service is of utmost importance to me.
As a native of Oklahoma, I returned to Oklahoma City in 2012 after spending almost 15+ years in New York City and Austin Texas. When I returned I began working for a local Fortune 500 oil & gas company within the real estate department. During that time I gained an in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate. Over the course of 5 years I gained invaluable experience working on a variety of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, donations, property management, and tenant leasing. In 2017 with a team of 2, I managed 26 transactions totaling over 45 million dollars in investment sales.
Over the years I’ve learned and evolved both personally and professionally, and I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned with every client I work with. I joined the RE/MAX Preferred Properties team in 2018 an have been focused on helping friends and clients sell their homes as well as working on several investments with my husband.
